Motherhood is beautiful and the most rewarding role..… but let’s be honest, it’s also exhausting.
Between juggling babies/kids, work, relationships, and the never-ending to do lists, birthday parties and school WhatsApp groups, it’s easy to end up running on fumes and feeling totally overwhelmed and overstimulated. You give to everyone else, but somewhere along the way, you’ve lost pieces of you.

That spark. That joy. That sense of being grounded in your own skin.

This is where Less Overwhelm, More Joy: 6 Weeks Back to You comes in.

Over 6 weeks, we’ll use music, movement, breathwork, and journaling to do something so supportive: help your nervous system chill out so you can actually feel like yourself again.

This isn’t a quick fix solution, it’s about giving ourselves intentional time to learn new tools which we can use in our everyday life. Tools which I can guarantee will be felt by not only you but you’re entire household.

By the end of the 6 weeks, you’ll feel calmer, more joyful, more connected and a whole lot more like you. Not a “new you. Not a perfect Mum (they don’t exist!). Just the version of you that laughs more, stresses less and knows how to hit reset when life gets messy.

I’m Nicola a mum of two who are currently 7 and 5 years old. I am a fully trained and insured Breathwork Guide/Facilitator and a Music is Medicine - Movememt is Medicine Instructor. These modalities have supported me in finding more Joy & Calm in Motherhood.
